Murray Grainger

Murray Grainger is an internationally recognised ethics and compliance trainer and expert in effective E&C programme management, with 25+ years’ experience across law, compliance and business. He began his career in private practice in the UK and Australia before joining Airbus as In-house Legal Counsel in France. Following a Global Executive MBA at IESE Business School, he became Head of the Airbus Ethics & Compliance Programme Office at its Toulouse headquarters, leading the development and implementation of the global programme across 20 countries, supported by a network of 120 compliance professionals.

Gail Wessels

Madrid-based Governance, Risk and Compliance practitioner, lawyer, trainer and consultant whose cross-sector experience spans law, financial services, insolvency and B2B travel technology. She has held senior GRC/audit leadership roles with Tier 1 banks and delivers executive training for organisations globally. From 2010-2020 he was Head of Legal and General Counsel for William Grant & Sons, responsible for all legal, compliance and corporate affairs matters. He provides pragmatic, commercial legal training and advice to a wide range of clients.
